Here at Let Loose we are looking for high energy, outgoing and enthusiastic Activity Guides to join our Team at our new outdoor Adventure Park in Woodmansey. The role will include; high and low ropes guides, climbing wall guide, reception and admission, harness fitting and removal, safety brief of the course, clear communication, working on the retail/food & beverage counter and participating/running events. All of the above working areas will be rotated throughout the working day and will include other activities or tasks related to the Adventure Park.
High Ropes experience, and working with different age groups is preferred but not necessary, as full training will be provided.
Working Hours: Shift patterns including weekends. The normal working day is 9am to 5pm.
Rates of Pay for 2018: National minimum wage.
Holiday:Holiday is granted at the statutory rate and no long periods of leave during school holidays will be permitted.
Training: You must attend a training programme at the start of your employment in the week beginning Monday 19th March 2018.
Uniform: You will be required to wear a company uniform (provided) and be neatly presented.

Receptionist and Bookings Supervisor Seasonal 30 hrs p/w

To be responsible for a seamless administration, reception and bookings service for this busy Activity Center.
Duties to include:
Meeting and greeting our Customers.
Answering telephone calls, e-mail, on-line and social media enquirys promptly and professionally.
Responsibility for correctly issuing visitor passes and wrist bands/hand stamps.
Screening phone calls and providing a message service as necessary.
Undertake all administration duties.
Sales of merchandise, including financial transaction, cash and card handling.
Experience, Skills, Qualifications and Competencies:
Previous experience providing a reception service in a busy visitor attraction or similar environment is preferred.
Ability to act as an Ambassador for Let Loose! at all times.
High level of competence using electronic booking processes, EPOS Tills.
Must be able to communicate clearly and interact positively with Customers and visitors at all levels and ages.
Ability to work under pressure, and deal quickly and efficiently with visitor volumes and competing priorities.
Engaging personality, and skills in building rapport, using own initiative and multi-tasking.
Competent and confident with a range of Microsoft Office Suite products, and able to learn to operate company-specific software systems.
Administration qualifications and good basic skills including Maths and English are essential.
Working Hours: Your working hours will be 10 am -5 pm, Tuesday to Friday.
Rates of Pay  2018: £7.50 to £8.50 per hour depending on experience and qualification.
Holiday: Holiday is granted at the statutory rate and no long periods of leave during school holidays will be permitted.
Training: You must attend a training programme in the week beginning Monday 19th March 2018 along with all other staff.
Uniform: You will be required to wear a company uniform (provided) and be well- presented.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated individual to be part of the team at Let Loose! You will work to drive the implementation of excellent service standards that will enable this brand new Adventure Park to grow and develop in 2018.

The Role
To lead and motivate your team in the delivery of excellent customer service.
Implement and maintain an agreed set of service standards, health & safety procedures, risk assessments, business objectives and targets that support the delivery of the product offered.
Implement and supervise food and beverage processes, menus and systems that will ensure a smooth, efficient customer experience and vital data collection.
Supervise the taking of cash and card payments.
Manager stock control, ordering and monitoring through an informed purchasing regime.
You will have an important part to play in the hosting of Birthday parties, Corporate Events, School Visits and Hen/Stag Parties.
You will be required to wear a company uniform (provided) and be professional in your presentation.
Experience, Skills, Qualifications and Competencies
Experience of stock control
The ability to enthuse and motivate the team.
Experience of menu development
Basic level of IT skills & experience of using IT in the workplace
Experience in the developing and implementing work place risk assessments
Front of house catering & hospitality experience
Excellent customer service skills
Decision making skills
Qualification in Catering/ Hospitality
Food Hygiene Certification
Be a Team Player
Have a “Can Do” attitude
Flexible approach to tasks and working hours.

Let Loose! Café Staff – Seasonal Let Loose! Hull Road, Woodmansey, Beverley HU17 0RS

We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our Team at Let Loose! Adventure Park.

Your role
Food and beverage preparation.
Taking customer orders and requests.
Providing advice on products and content, including in relation to allergies.
Efficiently and safely serving a variety of hot and cold snacks.
Clearing tables, surfaces, serving utensils, crockery and drinks containers.
Cleaning preparation areas and general café area.
Interacting positively with customers to ensure an excellent visitor experience.
Assisting with ordering, undertaking statutory hygiene checking and completion of monitoring paperwork.
Rotating stock, and using correct disposal procedures.
Helping with Groups, Children’s Parties and Schools Trips.
Experience, Skills, Qualifications and Competencies:
Experience in a food and beverage environment is preferable but not essential.
High standards of hygiene, and ideally awareness of statutory food handling requirements.
Warm and friendly manner with Customers
Ability to act as an Ambassador for Let Loose! at all times.
Able to manage own time and resources, and work as part of a team to react to busy periods and high volumes of Customers.
Have excellent standards of attendance, reliability, appearance and punctuality.
Be able to demonstrate the use of own initiative.
Ability to understand and adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.

Hi all, we have some important refurbishment to go into the Park and this is the ideal time. A better and warmer LL! for 2018 though 😊

We haven’t made it yet now we can’t before next year. Not the most impressive start to a new venture.
